Summer Speed, Agility and Conditioning Training Camp
Dates: Sunday, May 29th to August 12th 2012 (Total of 10 Sundays, 18 training hours)
Day/Times: Sunday 5-6:30pm (1.5 hour each training session)
Where: Elite Training LLC. Facilities

What will be covered during the speed camp:Active Dynamic Warm up, Core Training, Balance, Proper Stopping (forward, side and back decelerations), Running Form, Liner Speed, Direction Change, Agility (feet and hands), Conditioning, Metal Toughness. Also, we will use kettlebells, medicine balls and bands.
