Class Descriptions
Speed and Agility classes are designed to enhance speed, agility, balance and overall sport specific conditioning and performance. Elite Training’s cutting edge speed and agility classes are fun, motivating and are always changing as the athletes grow and develop their skills.
Strength for
Athletic Performance Class
Strength for Female Athletes has all of the benefits of a regular strength class. However, this class will address the unique performance needs of female athlete.
Woman’s Tennis Team
Performance Class
Woman’s Tennis Team Performance Classes are designed to enhance speed, agility, balance and overall sport specific conditioning and performance. The class will be fun and help to increase fitness as well as reduce injury risk.
Please bring your tennis racquet.
